Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage Scope

We provide domestic shipping service covering all continental United States territories. Currently we do not support international cross-border delivery outside the United States.

2. Order Processing Period

All valid paid orders will be arranged for warehouse sorting and shipment within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and official US federal holidays. Order confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your reserved registered mailbox once parcel departs our warehouse.

3. Standard Delivery Timeframe

Standard domestic ground shipping normally takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, affected by regional logistics transit efficiency and unexpected uncontrollable transportation factors such as extreme weather or carrier delay.

4. Shipping Fee Standard

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on checkout page based on ordered product total weight and delivery destination zip code. Site regular discount activities may include free-shipping benefits as specified on relevant campaign pages.

5. Abnormal Shipment Handling

For lost or damaged parcels during transit, customers must submit relevant application with order number via our official service email within 7 calendar days after expected delivery date, we will coordinate with logistics carrier for compensation or re-delivery solution accordingly.
