Return policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

1. Eligible Return Time Limit

Customers can apply for merchandise return within 30 calendar days counting from the day customers receive ordered apparel products. Return application beyond this fixed time frame will not be approved except for confirmed manufacturer’s defective quality issues.

2. Qualified Return Requirement

Returned goods must maintain original unused condition, complete with original packing, attached tags and labels intact. Worn, stained, damaged by improper personal care products will not qualify for return approval.

3. Return Application Procedure

Submit your return request including order ID via sales@themehello.com, our customer service team will reply within 2 business days and issue authorized return shipping instruction after qualification verification. Customers shall bear outbound return shipping fees unless product error or quality defect is caused by our side.

4. Refund Processing Rule

Once our warehouse receives and inspects returned qualified goods, full payment refund will be processed to your original payment channel within 5 to 7 business banking days. The original delivery expense generated at initial checkout will not be refunded without our confirmed fault responsibility.

5. Final Sale Exception

Items marked with final sale tag on product detail page are excluded from return and exchange service unless confirmed production defect exists.
